I am a Printmaker and Multimedia Artist with two strong directions in my art, realism and symbolism. My current etchings are edition variteis that include hand coloring and chine collle. My wood cut and linoleum relief prints are images I have drawn and photographed. Each print is one of a kind - hand pulled personally from the block and available only in a very limited edition - usually limited to 30 or less.

Printmaking has been a vibrant thread in my life for over 30 years. Photography has been a part of my repertoire since the early 1970's.

Had a great time in the garden - thanks to the Monterey Herald gardening editor - Katherine McKenzie for hosting me this year!.  I been busy pulling prints and getting them dry -  always an issue here on the Central Coast for the fall show season. I'll be in Open Studios Santa Cruz again this Fall, this time sharing a studio on the Westside of Santa Cruz. 

Please check out the Latest Work page here - three new prints are featured - Including the new Stairs to the Bell Tower from the Carmel Mission which I just pulled last night in its final state. 

The reaction to the mission series has been exceptional - I have now finished the fourth and fifth prints in the series featuring the wonderful Mission San Carlos Borromeo de Carmelo. My other mission prints are in short supply, if you would like a Mission San Antonio print - please visit the Mission gift shop - both prints are available and are in stock there!! Images of the new Mission and Vintage Series prints are in the Latest Work section of the site. Check them out and let me know what you think. The Mission Bell Tower is available at the Mission Gift Shop, the other either direct or through Valley Art Gallery. And as always  - drop by Valley Art Gallery in Salinas. PS - I'm still thinking about the Dragon print for 2012 - the year of the dragon...
